Dr Haisook’s Brain Grooves

A Cross-eyed Tale

Posted in Fun by drhaisook on February 2, 2006

They say that once upon a time lived a cross-eyed man. The man had a pigeon which he liked a lot and cared for. Ironically, the pigeon was cross-eyed, as well.

One day, the man brought a small metallic cage to keep the pigeon in, as pigeons were being caught everyday by hunters. For he was a cross-eyed man, instead of inserting his bird through the door of the cage, he put it outside of it. And for the pigeon was cross-eyed too, instead of flying away of the cage, it entered it.

The tale exaggerates the co-operation of the bird with its caring owner, and how everything got worked out despite the obstacles.

* This is a joke, by the way… :) *

    It’s a chinese joke. I know it’s weird a little when you read it. But it’s much funnier when you hear it.
